What should I bring?
We recommend traveling light, packing only the essentials. Once you sign up for a Break, we will send you a full program itinerary as well as a recommended packing list. We provide the yoga mats and props, but feel free to bring your own yoga mat or mat towel if you'd like.
Do I need a passport?
Every country has their own visa requirements and it is important that you check for yourself what is needed for you to enter a specific country. For destinations in Europe, Canadian and U.S. citizens may enter for up to 90 days for tourist or business purposes without a visa. Your passport should be valid for at least six months.
Do I have to be experienced at yoga or meditation?
No experience necessary, and all levels are welcome. All activities, including yoga, hikes and mediation sessions, are completely optional. You may participate in as much, or as little as you'd like.
Should I purchase travel insurance?
It is completely up to you! But it is always worth considering spending a little extra to protect your trip and cover any unforeseen medical We do not provide travel insurance.
What kind of food is provided?
The meals provided during Nature Break are flexitarian, but lean heavily vegetarian. We provide nourishing options prepared with local sourced, in-season ingredients.
Please let us know beforehand if you have any dietary restrictions.
How does payment work?
After your $500 non-refundable deposit is received, your remaining cost will be divided into two equal payments:
i) the first payment is payable 60 days before the start date,
ii) the second payment is payable 40 days before the start date.
If you confirm your booking within 40 days of the start date, you will need to pay the full amount upfront.
When should I book my flight?
After you pay your deposit, we will let you know once the trip is confirmed so that you can book your flight. After booking the flight, send us your flight itinerary so we can coordinate your pick-up at the airport.
If for some reason you must cancel before the trip, send us an e-mail confirming your cancelation and the following policy will apply:
i) at least 90 days before the start date - full refund (except the deposit);
ii) at least 60 days before the start date - 50% will be refunded (except the deposit);
iii) at least 40 days before the start date - 25% will be refunded (except the deposit);
iv) within 40 days of the start date - no refund will be given.
In the unlikely scenario we cancel the trip we will fully refund you, including the deposit.
How does Referral Codes or Early Bird discount works?
Occasionally Nature Break offers discounts in the form of Referral Codes or Early Bird Discount through e-mails, affiliates or advertisements.
Each Referral Code or Early Bird Discount is associated with an discount amount and is valid for a limited time only. That discount amount will be subtracted from the total price of that specific Nature Break - not from the deposit. The discount amount will then be deducted on the remaining payments after you successfully completed the Booking (Deposit's payment + Booking form).
A guest cannot use both a Referral Code and an Early Bird Discount in the same booking.
